Operations

From the first budget meeting to the trash removal at the end of an event, we manage every detail of production. In pre-production, we hire the finest production vendors, assemble the best chief technicians, scrutinize contracts, manage the flow of information as the production develops. On the ground for the event, we manage every aspect of installation, and make sure the event itself lives up to or exceeds our client's highest expectations.

We approach budgeting and budget management as the most crucial part of our job.

Scheduling

We develop long-term pre-production schedules, and then precise and detailed schedules for set delivery, installation, production and disassembly. The more tightly we plan each stage of production, the more flexible we can be when new ideas or challenges arise.

Labor Management

We take great pride in our relationships with the union labor teams that work with us to build events. We love working with the top-quality professionals provided by IATSE, IBEW, Decorators, Teamsters, Carpenters, and other unions. TWP has years of experience working under the unique contracts governing union labor in jurisdictions across the country.

Logistics

Dozens of trucks moving in and out of loading docks, crates of equipment flowing up and down elevators, catering for crews of up to 150 union technicians, trash removal, transportation, permits & jurisdictional regulations for outdoor events... we bring years of experience to bear in the planning and management of all the details of production.
